I love the team there and the medical assistant staff is unmatched. I get better service and help there than in any other UCSF facility. This is a gem in the medical system. Please give them raises and a all the help and equipment they need. SUCH an incredible team!!!!"

As a breast cancer survivor I shouldn't have to ask for a breast exam. I also have had post menopausal problems with tissue atrophy and take a prescription for this. No pelvic exam to assess the health of the tissue. I felt like this appointment was a complete waste of time.

I made my appointment 3 months prior for what I thou was a procedure but when I arrived it ended up just being a consultation for the procedure and I still had to make an appointment for the procedure but the doctor was so booked that I could not schedule with her. Felt like a waste of time

Dr. Jamie Lee, provides clear information. Of course, she is exceptionally knowledgeable but also discusses health issues comprehensibly In relevant context. Her comments and Information are helpful and interesting, She is also a great listener. She is very likable and seems like a wonderful person and physician! I am grateful to have her as a physician.

I felt welcome'd and seen by everyone I encountered

To some extent, the resident over-explained and over-described each step of the process, making it a lengthy visit. As a nurse, and a woman who has had 20 years of exams, I don't feel I need much explanation except for changes in recommendations. Also, obtaining one blanket verbal consent for the exam should suffice and not require an ok for each swab. I do appreciate her thoroughness, and I'm sure she'll gain confidence and balance the conversation in the future.

Jamie was great. We were in a special room that allowed her to literally show me what she was doing around my cervix and walked me through everything. It was fascinating and much appreciated!

I was dreading this appointment due to negative experiences I've had with other doctors in the past. Dr. Lee was the complete opposite of my past doctors. She was so patient, kind, proactive, and supportive. She listened and help calm my nerves. I am so glad to have found a doctor with such great bedside manners.

The provider was very informative and answered most of my questions but did stress the fact that she had a time limit, but also recommended I could schedule a consulting session since she had a set amount of time with me

Liked the doctor and felt like she took her time. I did have to explain things a few times and she hadn't read through my file completely so she seemed a bit unprepared for my questions. She got my questions resolved by the end of the appointment. She was nice and seemed caring.

Dr. Lee stands out as a talented physician. She explained my situation by sketching the process and after our discussion I feel very confident in the treatment plan we chose. I will recommend Dr. Lee to anyone seeking a considerate, well informed gyn.

As always the MD-level (& RNs) clinicians are SUPERB, but the non-clinical, non-STEM, non-biological-science staff (MANAGEMENT, secretaries, most non-RN-level nurses, therapists, & assistants etc) are POORLY qualified and trained. The UCSF management is is bad or worse than I recall from the early 2000s. There are too many levels of management, and too many MBAs in inappropriate positions. There are probably also tooo many political FTEs, like most research universities.

This is the first time I've met Dr. Lee and she was fabulous. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt very listened to and included in the treatment plan.

I like that she uses a note pad to jot everything down while listening so she can go over each issue with me. And she would write down what I needed to do after seeing her so I feel that she is very effective.
